Position the tape's end beside the collar at the tee's highest point (Highest Point Shoulder). Extend the tape measure downward to the bottom of the shirt.
Chest
Place the tape's end at the seam under one sleeve. Pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.
