Body Length 

Position the tape's end beside the collar at the tee's highest point (Highest Point Shoulder). Extend the tape measure downward to the bottom of the shirt.

Shoulder 

Position the tape's end at the highest point from the left shoulder. Extend the tape to the highest point from the opposite shoulder.

Chest

Place the tape's end at the seam under one sleeve. Pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

Sleve Length

Measure the sleeve length by positioning one end of the tape at the uppermost point of the set-in sleeve. Extend the tape downwards until you reach the sleeve's hem.
